Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of PunditPilot, provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (“PunditPilot”, “we”, “us”). By using the service or joining the founding cohort, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. What PunditPilot does

PunditPilot provides broadcast-grade match-graphics software for football content creators — a Control Room dashboard and a canvas you load into OBS as a browser source, showing a scorebug, lineups, stats, league table, sponsor panel and transfer cards. The service depends on live third-party football data and on you having your own streaming setup (such as OBS and a YouTube channel).

3. Founding cohort & early-stage service

PunditPilot is in an early, actively-developed stage. Founding-cohort members get hands-on onboarding and a price held for the life of their subscription, in exchange for using the product while features are still being built and refined. Features may change, and occasional disruption is possible. We will be straight with you about what works today versus what is coming.

4. Pricing & payment

Founding-cohort pricing is £99 per month (against a £149 list price), held for the life of your subscription while it remains active. Onboarding and billing for the founding cohort are handled directly with us (concierge), not via self-serve checkout. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable notice of any change to your fees, and your founding rate will be honoured as described above.

5. Your responsibilities

• Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Make sure any logos, sponsor assets or branding you upload are yours to use, and do not infringe anyone else’s rights.
• Use the service lawfully and in line with the terms of the platforms you stream to (for example, YouTube) and the competitions you cover.
• Do not misuse, attack, reverse-engineer or resell the service.

6. Football data & third parties

Live match data (fixtures, lineups, stats, league tables) comes from third-party providers. We work to keep it accurate and timely but cannot guarantee it is always complete, correct or available, and we are not responsible for errors or delays in third-party data. Club names, crests and competition marks belong to their respective owners; nothing in PunditPilot implies endorsement by them.

7. Intellectual property

PunditPilot, including its software, design and brand, belongs to us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your subscription is active. You keep ownership of your own branding and content; you grant us the limited right to host and display it as needed to provide the service.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out maintenance, and we may update or change features as the product develops. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party hosting or data providers.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, PunditPilot is provided “as is”, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost streams/recordings. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

10. Ending your subscription

You can cancel at any time; your subscription runs until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or fail to pay. On termination, your right to use the service stops; we may delete your data after a reasonable period in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law where you live says otherwise.
